Don't know where I am. You might be wondering. And I don't really know.
Today is my 34th birthday. I hate celebrating my birthday anyway, and the biological horror film only makes it less interesting, less worth remarking. 34 biological, 50 adjusted.
Absolutely no progress on any front in the last 3 months. No closer to any adoption talk. Which may be a decision but I don't know. Still haven't been able to stop watching myself closely in the last half of a cycle, waiting and hoping against all reason. Fer Chrissakes.
Relatives coming for a two week stay this weekend. Way, way behind on my professional writing project. Took a trip to New Orleans. Going to Dallas in a few weeks (relatives). CAN NOT WAIT for August trip to Montana.
Would it be OK if I shyly wish you a happy birthday, even though it sounds as if you wish I wouldn't?
Treading water sucks, if you know what I mean.

Happy birthday- I'm sorry you are in stuck place. Believe me, I can relate. I haven't been back to NOLA in years- was it as bad as CNN makes it out to be?

Well Happy Birthday anyway, I was wondering where you went and hoped you were okay. I've been there girl, and I'll be 37 soon. I hope that something will break soon.

Happy Birthday!
At least you aren't 39 like me. ;)
So jealous that you get to take some trips. Hope you have some fun on them.
Good luck in all the rest, whatever you decide on.

I also hate birthdays, just had one myself. You don't have to always be going somewhere, sometimes drifting is fine.

I was gonna ping you to ask "hey where are you??" and lo and behold, you came back. Happy birthday - I know b-days suck, but I still wish you the best.

Oh Mary Scarlet I hate birthdays, too. Sometimes thinking isn't necessary. Your brain needs a break, too. Happy travels!

I usually love birthdays, but not much any more. I hope yours was passable, in the end. Thinking of you.
